Untitled on marble vinyl, Wintersleep's 2005 second album, produced by Laurence Currie and back in print from Dine Alone.
Dine Alone's 2025 reissue brings Wintersleep's second album back on marble vinyl. Its artwork earned a Juno nomination, and it is the record that carried the band out of Halifax.
Untitled first came out in February 2005 on Dependent Music, the Yarmouth label and artist collective that issued Wintersleep's early work. Laurence Currie produced it with the band, and the songs feel like the work of a group finding its range: the quick jab of "Lipstick", the seven slow minutes of "Nerves Normal. Breath Normal", the hush of "Fog".
The cover, drawn by founding bassist Jud Haynes with James Mejia, was nominated for a Juno for album artwork. Labwork reissued the album in 2006, Dine Alone put it on vinyl in 2018, and this 2025 marble pressing keeps it in circulation.
