New Vinyl available for orders, pre-orders and special orders will be the latest version available from our distributors, sealed and unopened. Runout matrix cannot be confirmed. Color variance cannot be confirmed and may vary from issue to issue. Cover images aren't images of the actual jacket. Minor details may vary.
On special releases and limited editions we reserve the right to limit the quantity to 1 per customer.
All Vintage Katalog records have been carefully inspected before adding them to our stock. They have been loved but played carefully. You get a copy pressed at the time of the record release, but we can't ensure nor we will provide pressing details. Images reflect standard/common cover art and pressings. Minor details may vary. If you are seeking a specific pressing please contact us at [email protected].
All Kollectibles LPs are meticulously graded, inspected, and VPI cleaned prior to shipping. Occasionally more images are available upon request. All Kollectibles sales are final.
Please note: subject to management ordinance Kops Records does NOT offer Bob Dylan or Donovan records for sale on the online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Special order requests for albums by these artists will not be fulfilled. Again, we apologize.
Orders that can be immediately fulfilled will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (although in many cases it won't take that long, but we are playing it safe!) For orders placed around the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing orders.
Orders that are waiting on back-ordered or pre-ordered titles will be shipped when the last title on the order arrives unless separate shipping lines were purchased to break up the shipping of an order.
Once an order is placed on the website you will receive an order confirmation email for the purchase and a second email once the order has been shipped containing tracking information.
A notice will be posted on the website if shipping of orders will be delayed.
All special requests are binding and charged at the time the order is placed. Should there be any problems with your special order and securing it we will issue a full direct refund.
Some special orders can ship in less than a week, but please allow up to two weeks after placing the order or after the official release dates for the order to ship. Any special orders over 2 weeks old are eligible for a full refund.
All pre-orders are charged at checkout. In the event of cancelled release or delays in excess of two weeks from the stated or revised release date the option for full credit or refund will be offered.
If an order includes both records currently in stock and pre-orders, the order will ship as soon as all items are available, unless you request otherwise. Shipping costs will be determined accordingly.
All orders of records currently in stock are shipped out on the same day if the order is received before 4PM EST. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited parcel service. Tracking number will be provided upon shipping. All orders ship out of our Queen St location (Toronto, ON).
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number you can use to track your package.
For orders shipped within Canada, if your tracking has not updated and you have not received your package for 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date, please contact [email protected]

We ship to the US, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK). International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the product ordered.
For accurate shipping costs on your exact order to your exact address, you can walk through the checkout process on our website until you get to the shipping section to see actual amounts based on the shipping method of your choice without having to complete the transaction.
Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. Customers in Asia and Australia typically will have the longest waiting times for their items to arrive.
Return go perfectly in-store, with receipt and good reason. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of invoice, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
In the event that a record has a manufacturer's defect, promptly contact us at [email protected] with details and photographic/video evidence of the product and the defect and we'll do what needs done.
Any replacement copy will be mailed out upon return of first copy. In the event that we do not have another copy, a refund will be issued. In order to be considered for a defective exchange, we must receive your defective product within 30 days of invoice. Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.
Please note: minor surface noise, crackles and pops are not considered defective or damaged. We are not responsible for what the quality control of a pressing plant deems acceptable. We recommend that all records are cleaned with a dry carbon fiber brush before each playback. In some cases a wet-cleaning may be required for best results. Many records handled on the playing surface won't be eligible for refund.
Damaged Items In Transport
Canada Post insurance policy covers any shipping up to CA$100 in value. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide photographs/video evidence of the damage and we will do what we can to help you out.
