Brick red vinyl of Horsie, Homeshake's second album of 2024, written and recorded in Peter Sagar's Toronto home studio.
Brick red vinyl of Horsie, the second Homeshake album of 2024 after CD Wallet. Peter Sagar made it alone at home in Toronto on an Ensoniq EPS, a Roland Juno 60, electric guitar and an SP-404.
Horsie finds Sagar thinking about the road, weighing the pull of playing live again against the loneliness and anxiety that come with touring.
He keeps to his less-is-more habits, letting a drum machine, a few chords and his falsetto carry twelve short songs from "Ravioli" to "Ice Tea." The album arrived on June 28, 2024.
