20th anniversary pressing of The Fullblast's 2005 album on silver and white merge vinyl, its first time on vinyl. One of Dine Alone's very first records.
Short Controlled Bursts makes its vinyl debut here, pressed on silver and white merge vinyl for its 20th anniversary. Dine Alone put out the CD in 2005, the label's first year, which makes this a piece of the label's own history.
Dine Alone Records began in 2005, and The Fullblast were there at the start: Short Controlled Bursts came out that year, with a video for "Radio" that the label streamed as one of its first pushes. The band played fast, wiry punk with titles as long and absurd as the songs were tight ("Stu Ross, Good Dude; Great Dude", "James Eats Planet; Loves PCP").
The record split "The Song That (Actually) Doesn't End" across both sides, a running joke that still lands. Members later went on to Boys Night Out and A Wilhelm Scream.
