About the EP

The Switcheroo Series was Dine Alone's idea of a party trick: put two friends on one record and make them play each other's songs. Alexisonfire and Moneen had shared stages across Ontario for years, and the 2005 split sounds like the inside joke it was, played at full volume.

Moneen turn "Accidents" into "Accidents Are On Purpose" and "Sharks And Danger" into "Sharks In Danger"; Alexisonfire take on two Moneen songs and close with "Charlie Sheen vs. Henry Rollins", which still turns up in their live sets. Moneen's original is a second take on "Bleed And Blister".
