About the album

Gob came out of Langley, British Columbia in 1993, and by their fourth album they had sharpened skate punk into something built for radio. Mark Trombino co-produced Foot In Mouth Disease with the band, and the songs hit fast and bright: big hooks, gang vocals, choruses you could shout back after one listen.

Four singles came off the LP ("Give Up The Grudge", "Oh! Ellin", "Ming Tran" and "This Evil World"), and it was the last Gob album with bassist Craig Wood. Nettwerk issued it in Canada in 2003; two decades on, it still sounds like summer in a parking lot.
