![City and Colour: Peaceful Road b/w Rain (12") [DINE ALONE]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/77967529/1652x1652x2/dine-alone-promo-city-and-colour-peaceful-road-b-w.jpg)
12" single at 45 RPM with two City and Colour songs from the If I Should Go Before You sessions, one per side.
These two songs come from the Nashville sessions for If I Should Go Before You and live only on this 12". "Peaceful Road" and "Rain" each get a full side, cut at 45 RPM.
Dine Alone put Peaceful Road / Rain out on March 3, 2017, a postscript to the If I Should Go Before You era. The songs share that record's patient, roomy band sound, recorded with the same players.
"Peaceful Road" is a gentle, rolling road song; "Rain" turns the lights down further. It's a small record, and a lovely one to sit beside the album.
