About the album

2Pac walked out of prison in late 1995 and straight into the studio, and he didn't stop. All Eyez on Me arrived in February 1996, a sprawling, swaggering double album, the last he'd see come out in his lifetime.

It's stacked with classics. "California Love" with Dr. Dre and Roger Troutman is a West Coast anthem for the ages, "How Do U Want It" with K-Ci & JoJo topped the Hot 100, "Ambitionz Az a Ridah" opens with pure menace, and "Life Goes On" and "I Ain't Mad at Cha" reveal his reflective, big-hearted side. Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Method Man, Redman and E-40 all drop in.

It's been certified diamond in the US.
