About the album

Recorded largely at Abbey Road in 1967, Odessey and Oracle showcases Rod Argent's and Chris White's brilliant songwriting, Colin Blunstone's breathy, beautiful voice, and lush harmonies, Mellotron and baroque keyboards.

"Time of the Season" is a cool, timeless classic, "Care of Cell 44" is pure sunshine pop, "This Will Be Our Year" is joyful and warm, and "A Rose for Emily" and "Beechwood Park" are exquisite. Note the famous misspelled title on the cover.
