Co-produced with Nigel Gray at Surrey Sound, Juju finds Siouxsie Sioux, Steven Severin, John McGeoch and Budgie building a dark, thrilling, atmospheric sound, full of shimmering, spiralling guitar lines and hypnotic rhythms.
"Spellbound" is a breathless, galloping classic, "Arabian Knights" is exotic and propulsive, "Into the Light" glows, and "Halloween" and "Voodoo Dolly" are deliciously spooky. A commercial success in the UK.
