About the album

Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J and Kevin Haskins came out of Northampton in 1978 with a dark, theatrical, dub-tinged sound that shaped post-punk, goth and alternative music for decades.

"Bela Lugosi's Dead" is a spooky landmark, "Dark Entries" is a ferocious blast, "She's in Parties" and "Kick in the Eye" groove, and their covers of "Ziggy Stardust" and "Telegram Sam" are glam with teeth.
