![Tate McRae: Think Later [RCA]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/65558598/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-tate-mcrae-think-later-rca.jpg)
Calgary pop star Tate McRae's 2023 breakthrough Think Later: "greedy," "exes," "run for the hills" and the title track.
Think Later turned Calgary's Tate McRae into a global pop star: "greedy" was one of the biggest songs of 2024, and the album went Top 10 in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia.
Tate McRae grew up dancing competitively in Calgary, went viral on YouTube as a teenager and spent a few years as a moody pop balladeer. On Think Later she found a new gear: sharper, sexier dance-pop with a bit of trap swagger, made with Ryan Tedder and a team of hitmakers.
"greedy" is the one that blew up, a breathless, choreography-ready banger, "exes" is pure attitude, "run for the hills" and "we're not alike" show her softer side, and there's a song called "calgary" for the hometown crowd. It went Top 10 around the world and set her up for arena tours. Proud Canadian content.
