Transparent vinyl UK import of the Stone Roses' 1989 debut: "I Wanna Be Adored," "She Bangs the Drums," "Waterfall" and "I Am the Resurrection."
The Stone Roses is regularly voted one of the greatest British albums ever made. It defined the Madchester sound and has sold more than four million copies.
Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni recorded their debut in London with producer John Leckie, and they captured something magical: jangling, psychedelic guitars, a loose, funky rhythm section and Brown's cool, dreamy vocals, all wrapped in Squire's Jackson Pollock-inspired cover art.
"I Wanna Be Adored" builds from a whisper to a roar, "She Bangs the Drums" and "Waterfall" are pure bliss, "Made of Stone" glows, and the eight-minute "I Am the Resurrection" ends things with one of the great jams of the era. This UK import comes on transparent vinyl.
