About the album

Thriller doesn't need much introduction. Michael Jackson's 1982 masterpiece with Quincy Jones is the best-selling album of all time, the record that broke down MTV's colour line and turned "Billie Jean," "Beat It" and the title track into the most famous pop songs on the planet. Nine songs, no filler, and every one of them still fills a dance floor.

Thriller 25 arrived in 2008 to celebrate the anniversary and was one of the last projects Jackson was closely involved with: he co-produced all the new remixes himself. Alongside the original album you get the previously unheard "For All Time" and reworkings with will.i.am ("The Girl Is Mine 2008"), Akon ("Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' 2008") and Kanye West ("Billie Jean 2008"). It's a fascinating time capsule wrapped around the greatest pop record ever made.
