About the album

Written by Jay Kay and Toby Smith for the album Travelling Without Moving, "Virtual Insanity" pairs a rolling piano groove and lush strings with Jay Kay's effortless vocal, a perfect slice of 90s acid jazz and funk.

The song's video, with Jay Kay gliding across a shifting floor in that famous hat, became an instant icon and still pops up everywhere online. This anniversary edition puts the classic on bright yellow vinyl.
