![Heart: Dreamboat Annie [CAPITOL]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/33149480/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-heart-dreamboat-annie-capitol.jpg)
Heart's 1975 debut Dreamboat Annie, recorded in Vancouver: "Magic Man," "Crazy on You" and the title track.
Dreamboat Annie introduced Ann and Nancy Wilson's powerhouse vocals and guitar to the world, with "Magic Man" and "Crazy on You" becoming classic rock staples.
Made in Vancouver while the band was based in British Columbia and first issued in Canada by Mushroom Records, the debut blends hard rock riffs, folky acoustic beauty and Ann Wilson's soaring, operatic voice.
"Magic Man" grooves with a hypnotic synth solo, "Crazy on You" explodes after Nancy's flamenco-flavoured acoustic intro, the title track is gentle and lovely, and "Sing Child" rocks hard.
Made in Vancouver, which practically makes it family. Ann's top notes may rattle the shop windows.
