About the album

Cameron Crowe's semi-autobiographical film follows a teenage music writer on the road with a rising rock band in 1973, and its soundtrack is a perfect snapshot of the era, from classic rock radio staples to deep cuts and the fictional band Stillwater's "Fever Dog."

Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" (the famous tour bus singalong) is here, alongside Simon & Garfunkel's "America," Yes' "I've Seen All Good People," Led Zeppelin's "That's the Way," Rod Stewart's "Every Picture Tells a Story" and Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Simple Man."
