About the album

Produced by Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois, The Joshua Tree finds U2 falling in love with America's landscapes, roots music and contradictions, and turning it all into some of the most soaring, spiritual rock music ever recorded. The Edge's chiming guitar and Bono's impassioned vocals have never sounded better.

"Where the Streets Have No Name," "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" and "With or Without You" open the album with an unbeatable trio, and "Bullet the Blue Sky," "Running to Stand Still" and "In God's Country" are just as powerful. This 30th anniversary edition spreads it across two LPs for better sound.
