![The Lumineers: Cleopatra [DUALTONE]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/34314129/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-the-lumineers-cleopatra-dualtone.jpg)
Lumineers' 2016 No. 1 second album Cleopatra: "Ophelia," "Cleopatra," "Angela" and "Sleep on the Floor."
On order
Cleopatra debuted at No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and the UK Albums Chart, and "Ophelia" became one of the band's biggest songs. It's a warmer, more cinematic follow-up to their hit debut.
After "Ho Hey" made them stars, the Lumineers could have rushed out a sequel. Instead Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites took their time and made Cleopatra, a set of story songs about fame, family and leaving home, with Neyla Pekarek's cello adding a sweep of drama.
"Ophelia" is a stomping, piano-driven earworm, the title track tells the story of a taxi driver Schultz met in Georgia (the country), "Angela" and "Sleep on the Floor" play like chapters in a road movie, and the band even made a short film from the videos. It went straight to No. 1 in the US and the UK.
