Brothers, the Black Keys' 2010 Grammy-winning breakthrough, in a 10th anniversary deluxe 2LP edition with bonus tracks: "Tighten Up," "Howlin' for You" and "Everlasting Light."
Brothers won three Grammys, including Best Alternative Music Album, and "Tighten Up" turned the Akron duo into arena headliners.
Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney recorded most of Brothers at the legendary Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Alabama, and it's their soulful, swaggering high point: fuzzy blues rock with deep grooves, falsetto hooks and plenty of vintage grit. "Tighten Up" was produced by Danger Mouse.
"Everlasting Light" opens with a falsetto strut, "Tighten Up" and "Howlin' for You" are massive hits, and "Next Girl" and "She's Long Gone" bring the heavy blues. This anniversary edition adds bonus material.
