Why you'll love it

About the album

Mark Hollis and producer Tim Friese-Greene swapped synthesizers for real instruments on The Colour of Spring, bringing in organ, piano, harmonica, acoustic guitars, children's choir and guests including Steve Winwood. The result is warm, spacious and deeply moving.

"Life's What You Make It" is a hypnotic, piano-driven classic, "Living in Another World" soars, "Happiness Is Easy" opens with a gentle glow, and "Time It's Time" builds to a stirring finale.
