About the album

Mike Ness and Social Distortion blend punk energy with rockabilly, country and classic rock 'n' roll, and on this record the hooks are huge, the guitars roar and the songs are full of hard-won optimism.

"Reach for the Sky" is an instant singalong, "Highway 101" rolls down the road, "I Wasn't Born to Follow" is defiant and fun, and the re-recorded "Mommy's Little Monster" closes things out with a nod to their roots.

A triumphant return. Mike Ness, doing what he does best.
