About the album

North Shields' Sam Fender made his third album with Adam Granduciel of The War on Drugs and Markus Dravs, building big, heart-on-sleeve heartland rock with soaring saxophone, shimmering guitars and lyrics full of affection for his friends, family and hometown.

The title track is a stirring, Springsteen-sized anthem, "Arm's Length" and "Little Bit Closer" are joyous and catchy, and "Nostalgia's Lie" and "Remember My Name" show his gift for storytelling. The deluxe edition adds eight more songs.
