About the album

Josh Homme and Nick Oliveri expanded their riff-heavy stoner rock with horns, vibraphone, piano and guests including Mark Lanegan and Rob Halford, swinging from pop hooks to punk fury to slow-burn psychedelia.

"The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret" is a hooky radio favourite, "Feel Good Hit of the Summer" chants and pummels, "Monsters in the Parasol" grooves, Lanegan's "In the Fade" is dark and gorgeous, and "Better Living Through Chemistry" stretches out hypnotically.

Rated R, for riffs.
