About the album

Pusha T has always worked on the principle that you finish a masterpiece when it's finished, and not a minute before; the title, he explained, is what you tell people while the paint is still wet. When it was done, he took it to The Tonight Show and a New York listening party the same day.

Pharrell Williams and Kanye West split the production down the middle, with Williams on six tracks, West on five and the pair together on "Rock N Roll." Jay-Z and Pharrell join on "Neck & Wrist," Kid Cudi turns up on "Rock N Roll," Lil Uzi Vert and Don Toliver ride "Scrape It Off," and "Hear Me Clearly" is a collaboration with Nigo. Labrinth, Malice and the moody "Dreamin of the Past" round it out, and opener "Brambleton" sets the cool, collected tone.

Critics called it the perfect companion to Daytona, bigger and more polished. Twelve tracks, no filler, and every one of them sounding expensive, which is roughly how we'd describe our dream record shelf.
