About the album

Les Claypool, Larry LaLonde and Tim "Herb" Alexander are a funk-metal power trio like no other, full of slapping, popping bass lines, angular guitar and odd-time grooves, with Claypool's cartoonish storytelling on top.

"Jerry Was a Race Car Driver" is a frantic, funny classic, "Tommy the Cat" features Tom Waits growling as the title character, "Here Come the Bastards" rips, and "American Life" and "Is It Luck?" groove hard.
