![Hole: Live Through This (2026 Remaster) [DGC / HIP-O]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/77533690/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-hole-live-through-this-2026-remaster-dgc.jpg)
Hole's 1994 alternative rock landmark Live Through This, newly remastered: "Violet," "Miss World," "Doll Parts" and "Softer, Softest."
Live Through This went platinum and topped many critics' year-end lists, including Spin's, one of the defining albums of 90s alternative rock.
Courtney Love, Eric Erlandson, Kristen Pfaff and Patty Schemel moved from raw punk toward sharper, more melodic songwriting on Hole's second album, recorded with producers Paul Q. Kolderie and Sean Slade. Love's voice swings from sweet to ferocious, and the band hits hard.
"Violet" is a thrilling, explosive opener, "Miss World" is a gripping, hook-laden single, "Doll Parts" is a haunting acoustic classic, and "Softer, Softest" and "Asking for It" show their range. This 2026 remaster sounds better than ever.
