Gracie Abrams and Aaron Dessner's The Good Riddance Acoustic Shows, intimate live recordings on magenta vinyl: "Best," "I Should Hate You," "Amelie" and "Right Now."
These acoustic shows translate the intimate feel of Gracie Abrams's debut Good Riddance to the stage, with co-writer and producer Aaron Dessner by her side.
In 2023 Gracie Abrams joined Aaron Dessner of the National for a short run of acoustic shows, recorded across several nights in New York, Nashville and Los Angeles, stripping her songs back to voice, guitar and piano.
"Best" and "I Should Hate You" are tender and raw, "Amelie" and "Fault Line" glow, and "Right Now" is a beautiful closer. A lovely keepsake for fans.
Recorded across three cities, though it sounds like one small room.
