![Gorillaz: The Now Now [PARLOPHONE]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/33617453/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-gorillaz-the-now-now-parlophone.jpg)
Gorillaz's breezy 2018 album The Now Now, Damon Albarn's sunny synth-pop road trip: "Humility" with George Benson, "Tranz," "Hollywood" and "Magic City."
The Now Now is the most relaxed and melodic Gorillaz album, a warm, summery set of Albarn songs written and recorded on the road.
Made quickly during the Humanz tour with producer James Ford, the album leans on Albarn's dreamy vocals, vintage synths and laid-back grooves, with guest spots from George Benson, Snoop Dogg and Jamie Principle.
"Humility" glides along on Benson's gorgeous guitar, "Tranz" is a wiry new-wave jolt, "Hollywood" with Snoop Dogg grooves, and "Magic City" and "Fire Flies" drift with gentle melancholy.
The most relaxed and melodic Gorillaz album. The now now, any time.
