About the album

Produced by Dave Cobb and Stapleton, Traveller is old-school country soaked in Southern rock and soul, built around one of the great voices in American music. After years writing hits for others, it made Stapleton a star almost overnight.

"Tennessee Whiskey" is a slow, soulful knockout, the title track rolls down the highway, "Fire Away" and "Parachute" are powerful, and "Outlaw State of Mind" and "Nobody to Blame" show his grit.
