About the album

The Weeknd's fifth album plays like a late-night radio broadcast from the other side, hosted by a smooth-talking DJ voiced by Jim Carrey, with spoken interludes from Quincy Jones. Made with Max Martin and Oneohtrix Point Never, it's a glossy, 80s-inspired synth-pop and dance record from start to finish.

"Take My Breath" and "Sacrifice" are pure dance-floor gold, "Out of Time" and "Less than Zero" are silky and irresistible, and guests Tyler, the Creator and Lil Wayne add extra colour. The Toronto superstar at his most stylish.
