![The Beaches: Blame My Ex [THE BEACHES]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/57942999/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-the-beaches-blame-my-ex-the-beaches.jpg)
Juno Award-winning 2023 album from Toronto's own the Beaches: "Blame Brett," "Everything Is Boring," "Me & Me" and "Edge of the Earth."
Blame My Ex won the Juno for Rock Album of the Year, made the Polaris Prize shortlist, and "Blame Brett" went to No. 1 on Canadian rock radio and became the band's first US hit. A Toronto record through and through.
The Beaches have been playing together since they were kids in Toronto: sisters Jordan and Kylie Miller with Leandra Earl and Eliza Enman-McDaniel. On their second album they turned a breakup into a sharp, funny, hook-packed rock record, full of big guitars and lines you'll be quoting for weeks.
"Blame Brett" is the one everybody knows, a chant-along anthem that was all over the radio, while "Everything Is Boring," "What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Paranoid" and "Me & Me" hit just as hard. It won the Juno for Rock Album of the Year and turned the Beaches into one of the biggest rock bands in the country. Proud to have them as hometown heroes.
