About the album

Lindsey Buckingham started Tango in the Night as a solo record in his Los Angeles home studio, but it turned into the last album the famous five (Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood) would make together for decades. It's a glossy, synth-kissed, very '80s record, and it's aged brilliantly.

Christine McVie wrote the two biggest hits, the shimmering "Everywhere" (now a wedding staple) and the gorgeous "Little Lies," Stevie Nicks brings mystery to "Seven Wonders," and Buckingham's "Big Love" and the title track show what a studio wizard he was. A new generation has fallen for it on streaming, and it still sounds like sunshine through a car window.
