Fitting a new pad

Pull off the old pad and clear away all of its adhesive. Peel the wax backing from the new pad, line it up with the edges of the brush so it covers both the front and rear lips, then press it down firmly and check that it lies flat with no bubbles or folds.

Give the adhesive 24 hours to set before the first cleaning; MoFi says that is what makes the bond waterproof for wet cleaning.
