![Korn: The Path Of Totality (Metal Matters series) [RHINO]](https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/621399/files/78108706/1652x1652x2/new-vinyl-korn-the-path-of-totality-metal-matters.jpg)
Korn's 2011 dubstep crossover with Skrillex, Noisia and Excision, back on LP in Rhino's Metal Matters series. Out September 25, 2026.
The Path of Totality is back on vinyl in Rhino's 2026 Metal Matters series. Korn built it with Skrillex, Noisia, Excision, Datsik and more of electronic music's heaviest names; it debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and won Album of the Year at the 2012 Revolver Golden Gods.
By 2011 Korn had spent nearly two decades as a metal band, and they went looking for new ground. Their tenth studio album pairs Jonathan Davis and the band with the producers who were rewiring bass music at the time; every track carries a guest, and the drops land as hard as the riffs.
Skrillex shows up three times, on the opener "Chaos Lives in Everything", "Narcissistic Cannibal" (with Kill the Noise) and "Get Up!", which went Gold. Noisia take three more, while Excision, Downlink, 12th Planet, Datsik and Feed Me fill out the rest.
"Narcissistic Cannibal" reached No. 6 on the Mainstream Rock chart and "Get Up!" No. 10. The album sold about 55,000 copies in its first week in the US.
"Korn are alive and well, as they continue to reinvent themselves."
