Supertramp: Break

Breakfast in America is the sixth studio album by British rock band Supertramp, released on March 16, 1979, through A&M Records. It was recorded between May and December of 1978 at The Village Recorder in Los Angeles. The album produced three hit singles on the US Billboard Hot 100: "The Logical Song" (No. 6), "Goodbye Stranger" (No. 15), and "Take the Long Way Home" (No. 10). In the UK, "The Logical Song" and the title track both reached the top 10, marking the band's only UK top 10 hits.

At the 22nd Annual Grammy Awards in 1980, Breakfast in America won two Grammy Awards for Best Album Package and Best Engineered Non-Classical Recording. It was also nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. The album became Supertramp's highest-selling release, earning 4× Platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for over four million copies sold in the US, where it also topped the Billboard 200 for six consecutive weeks.
