About the album

Per Gessle and Marie Fredriksson made Look Sharp! with producer Clarence Öfwerman in 1988. It went straight to number one in Sweden and stayed there for seven weeks.

Then an American exchange student carried a copy home to Minneapolis, a local station started playing The Look, and the song spread across the US. Listen To Your Heart followed it to number one, and Dangerous reached number two.
