A Canadian Exclusive pressing that comes with a signed art card and an exclusive audio message from the man himself. It's the third album from Tucker Pillsbury, and NME called it his "most likeable album yet."
Tucker Pillsbury has had quite a run since "Sally, When the Wine Runs Out." The country-leaning song started life as a bonus track on the deluxe edition of his 2024 album Kansas Anymore and turned into his biggest hit, helped along by a live bridge that kept pulling in surprise celebrity guests. Pillsbury, who grew up in Maine, studied film in Pittsburgh and records as Role Model, says the experience taught him what a bridge can be, and he clearly took notes.
For his third album he set himself a rule, no synths and no programmed drums, and made it with close friends Mason Stoops and Taylor Mackall. The result is warm and loose, introduced by a new alter ego on lead single "High Hopes 3000," with "Joy," "Song Is All You Get" and "Service Receipt" among the highlights. NME heard a "super-smooth depiction of singledom," and that's about right: these are songs about being on your own and kinda enjoying it, with the odd pang of loneliness slipped in. Twelve tracks, out in August 2026, and the perfect soundtrack for a long walk home.
On Interscope, first out in 2026.
