The basement is usually open Friday to Sunday, depending on staff. Call ahead if you want to dig downstairs.
Queen is our main shop for new vinyl: this week's releases, indie exclusives and coloured pressings, plus signings and in-store events. Upstairs and in the basement there are thousands of used LPs and 45s, 12" singles, our Kollectibles wall and Japanese pressings with OBI strips. Website orders for pick-up are ready here.

The Danforth is where we buy records. Bring in your collection and we'll make you an offer (see Sell Your Collection). Most of our used and new stock is sorted and priced here, so the bins turn over fast. The Backroom holds rare records that haven't been priced for the website yet.

Can I order online and pick up? Yes. Choose pick-up at Queen St. W or the Danforth at checkout. Pick-up is free.
Do you ship? Yes, across Canada (free over $110), and to the US, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
Are the two stores' stock the same? No. Each store has its own used bins, and new releases arrive at both. The website shows what's at Queen.
