Biita-Baane is a 1975 release by the Senegalese band Super Diamono, known for its fusion of Afro-Cuban, pop, and West African musical influences. Formed in Dakar around 1974–1975, the group was co-founded by vocalist Omar Pene, who also performs on this early recording. The album highlights the band’s developing style, combining traditional Senegalese rhythms with Afro-Cuban elements and contemporary pop sounds.
